In collaboration with The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, we aim to elevate the Ritz Kids Club into a magical realm where children's dreams come alive.

This enchanting family destination celebrates the rich diversity of marine life while emphasizing environmental preservation and sustainability. Here, children can embark on unique adventures that introduce them to wellness, mindfulness, and meditation, crafting an unforgettable journey in a fairy tale setting.

We undertook a comprehensive branding development project for Ritz Maldives. Our process involved conducting thorough research into the essence of the property, exploring the rich history of Ritz Carlton, and examining the unique characteristics of the Maldives as a destination. By breaking down the brand into its fundamental components, we ensured that every element we created aligns with the overall brand message, guaranteeing a cohesive experience across all materials and interactions.

Establishing these core brand values before product design and development is crucial. It ensures that all features are not only relevant and unique to the property but also offer consistent storytelling opportunities. Our goal is for Ritz Maldives to deliver an extraordinary experience, especially for their young guests.

Character & Pattern

Lion

We designed four characters: Shark; Lion; Sea turtle; and Lionfish. The lion, a long-standing motif of The Ritz-Carlton, is complemented by the other three sea creatures native to the Maldivian ocean. The visuals and graphic elements have undergone a comprehensive refresh, inspired by the themes of exploration, adventure, and the vibrant marine life of the Maldives. Our design captures the essence of Maldivian marine life and adventurous spirit, creating an engaging and immersive experience.

The patterns have been thoughtfully designed to continue incorporating the iconic Ritz Kids’ star as a motif, ensuring a cohesive and recognizable brand identity that resonates with the younger guests. This blend of thematic inspiration and brand consistency helps create a visually captivating and meaningful connection to the unique environment of the Maldives.
